We at Indie Culture take great measures and care to ensure that our customers love our products and receive them in good condition.
If you would like to return your purchase, swap your item for another size, or exchange a defective or damaged piece, kindly follow the steps as given below:
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund on your return.
To be eligible for a return:
1) Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, tags included.
2) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that was provided to you from us at order processing/delivery.
Please note: Shipping costs of your returned item will be incurred by you.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within one working day, to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, you can choose to avail it in two ways:
1) Credit to your bank account via NEFT transfer within 15 days.
2) Receive a Coupon Code of the refund value in your indieculture.in account, which can be redeemed against any future purchase.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Our exchange policy lasts 7 working days. If 7 days have gone by since delivery of the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
1) Exchange due to Sizing: If you are looking to swap your item for the same item of a different size, kindly send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and our customer care representative will guide you with measurements and the exchange process.
2) Exchanging a defective or damaged piece: At Indie Culture, we try to provide our customers with the best quality of products. If you have received a defective or damaged piece, kindly send us an email at email@example.com, along with images of your defective/damaged item, and we will get back to you within one working day.
If you exchange is approved, we will be happy to cover your expenses of shipping and delivery.
No cancellations will be entertained by Indie Culture.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We advise you to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
